This was one of our yearly Napa trips, and once again we based ourselves at Vino Bello Resort—our timeshare that feels every bit five-star for about $150 a night. Hard to justify $500+ hotel rooms when this place delivers comfort, space, and vineyard vibes at a fraction of the price. On the way north, we took the coast and spent a night at Bodega Bay Lodge & Spa, where the ocean views, cool air, and dramatic Sonoma coastline made for an unforgettable drive. The scenery alone—rugged cliffs, sweeping Pacific vistas, and quiet pullouts—was worth the detour.
